1. Assemble top and bottom frame with 8 nuts and bolts for each

 

2. Tighten eye nut to eye bolt.

 

3. Using nylon nuts, bolts, and washer, install the 120mm fans

 

4. Hang the top frame low to ground—a pulley system works well. (Animal has been field dressed)

 

5. TS Model - hang blunt end of hook through eyelet. Hang sharp end of hook through animal pelvis.

5a. Achilles Model - hang gambrel (the hock of the animal) on eyelet (pulley system works well)

 

6. Raise frames with animal attached to working height. Remove legs from knee & elbow down. Skin if desired and remove head.

 

7. Unzip The Hunter’s Vault and place over top frame

 

8. Install bottom frame

 

9. Place cooling media atop bottom frame if using.

 

10. Install batteries in fans [if using fans] and press button on fan wire to turn on.

 

11. Insert spare batteries into battery pouch.

 

12. Zip closed. Lock zippers with Velcro tabs.

 

13. Open panel flap is desired for maximum cooling.
